My Parcel Locker has partnered with Amazon Key to make parcel deliveries to apartment buildings even easier and more secure. As part of this partnership, My Parcel Locker’s access control technology integrates with Amazon Key’s secure delivery technology, helping verified Amazon delivery drivers gain authorised building access when required and deliver parcels directly to the parcel locker.
This helps streamline the delivery process, reduce missed deliveries, improve parcel security and create a smoother experience for residents, couriers and Building Management. Property managers remain in control of building access and can opt out at any time.
Amazon Key is currently available at eligible My Parcel Locker sites in selected locations, with further rollout planned. Contact us to find out whether your building is eligible and to discuss free installation of Amazon Key.
